Daida implemented a secure, division-specific digitization process. Every invoice was digitized, indexed, and stored in a searchable archive, preserving each division’s independence. Outdated paper files were securely destroyed, reducing clutter and freeing up office space. Staff can now locate any invoice in seconds while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
IMPLEMENTATION:
Daida worked closely with K. Hovnanian to map how invoices were numbered and assigned across divisions. Together, they established categorization rules for accurate indexing and eliminated unnecessary records, such as outdated journal reports. Each month, about 17,000 invoices are scanned, indexed, and stored digitally, ensuring records stay current and accessible
